If you hate a big yard this is not your home. We have a huge backyard with lots of trees and grass. The trees keep the electric bill fairly low (under $200 at 75 degrees in summer), and with the new windows I am expecting to be even lower. Neighborhood Description Heatherwood is 3 to 4 minutes from HP campus or 249. It is easy in and easy out. I have been commuting to the Galleria/Greenway Plaza area for three years now and average around 40 minutes in the morning. We are in the Tomball ISD district. The dividing line is the creek with the side closest to 249 going to Tomball. It has sidewalks and the lots are heavily treed with mature landscaping. There is also easy access to the 2.5 mile "hike and bike" trail that runs along Faulkey Gully and under Louetta road. There's also a walking bridge over the creek to the community pool. I know they have an popular swim team.
