Hello, I'm looking for a roommate to split rent on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 floor house in the Avery Park neighborhood. Rent is $1500 for the house plus utilities (water, heat, electric, and trash) which would be split evenly 2-ways. There is no central AC, but there is a portable unit available for the upstairs room or an open room downstairs which stays cooler. There is a lot of storage space indoors in the garage, an upstairs and downstairs living room, big yard, screened-in back porch, and a garden out back. My current roommate just moved out and a potential roommate just found a different place. Move-in could be immediate, pending the application, or for September 1st. I'm a 30 year-old male with a M-F full-time job as a chemist. I enjoy running, volunteer trailbuilding, and playing music. My former roommate was a drummer, musicians are encouraged. I'm clean and respectful of noise, but do enjoy playing amplified music at reasonable hours. The dog in the picture isn't mine, but the house is pet friendly. Pictures were taken before my roommate moved out, so there is less furniture now and the bedroom is not furnished. I can provide additional pictures as needed.
