This is a beautiful piece of property and a fisherman's paradise. Beautiful trees are abundant such as poplar, maple and evergreens. The pond is 3 acres and full of bass, bream, catfish and red bellies. Also seen on the property are deer, turkey and quail. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home is on the back of the property and has a newer roof but it does need some work. 2 mobile homes are currently on the property but 1 is being deeded to a family member. There's a gorgeous view of the pond from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. This could also be a good home site for someone who enjoys serenity and the outdoors. You must see to inhale the beauty!
