This is the perfect home for families and entertaining for large family gatherings due to extra parking if needed. This 3 Bedroom 2 full bath home includes a large office off the kitchen with built in shelving. We use one half as an office and the other as the sewing/craft room. The past owners were building the area as the garage but changed their minds and split the room in half adding a giant laundry room, which has enough space to use as a mud room as well. We added a handmade wooden counter for folding clothes, a shelf above the washer and dryer and a long hanging clothes bar to make laundry time much easier. The electric water heater is in the laundry room. We also have a second refrigerator/freezer on the other end of the laundry room to help store food, which comes in handy for those family gatherings or for larger families. The home has a well water system with a separate well structure to keep it protected from the elements. The water was tested when we purchased the home in 2012 and again around 2017. The water has never been discolored nor had an odor. We also had the home tested for radon and the readings were well below required limits. Moving into the attached garage, which will include both garage door openers. The garage workspace was built by hand in 2012 with plenty of counter space, drawers and shelving. Parking places could accommodate 6 or more vehicles, which includes 2-4 spots out front on the driveway without blocking traffic or needing to park in the street, one vehicle inside the garage as well as an extended slab for another vehicle out back. Drive through the garage for more parking or to park you RV, trailer, ATV's and more. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy. The neighborhood and neighbors are amazing and friendly. I love that we're close enough to stores, major roads and interstates, but also nestled away into a quite friendly neighborhood.
