About the tenant selection process: - Owner will consider those that have submitted an application as it takes a lot of the guessing work out of the process. - Owner will reach out to those applicants that pass initial screen (for a quick chat). If applicant is still interested, then a house showing will be scheduled. - The owner plans to show the house to a few select people as part of the process - After the house is shown, assuming there is still interest from applicant(s) and owner, then next steps can be coordinated - The goal is to identify/select a tenant by the week of Oct 26th.
