Bronco club complex is a 15 minute walk from WMU campus and in a great location that is surrounded by other townhouse complexes, as well as fraternities and sororities down the street. Bronco club has a pool and hottub, fitness center, and a very helpful faculty center. The bedroom is in the basement and is 9X11 feet with a closet. I can fit a queen, a large dresser, nightstand, desk and TV stand. Newly carpeted with a big window and many outlets. The bathroom is brand new and perfect, with shower toilet and sink. Your room will be downstairs with one other girl's room and the laundry machines. Cable and electricity is NOT included in monthly 375$ rent. Wifi and cable works perfectly. This room has a cable outlet. I have more pictures if you are interested. The other 4 roommates are all girls, two in nursing, one in business, one in social work. Each have different personalties which gives the house variety of people and a lot of fun. All girls like to go out and have fun, but need a roommate who will be respectful of personal possessions, household items, and will be responsible with making sure the house stays safe. They will work with you as long as you work with them. All very good and caring girls. ps. we have good neighbors!
