We're subletting out our entire home, FURNISHED, for a flexible amount of time starting 8/8/2026! This huge 2200 sqft home is a young family's PARADISE. Note that the owners need until about Monday 7/27 for confirmation whether the home can be subleased while we work out of the country for a few weeks/months. Also has a TEXAS KING BED (a Queen + Twin put together). Work station has standing desk and large monitor. -- Nursery: floor mattress, which is perfect for babies!! You can also roll up the floor mattress to convert this into a different room. -- Kid's airplane room/work room: currently airplane themed, has a twin daybed, and has 2 workstations, one of which is standing desk. Tech/tech gadgets - High speed fiber internet - Robot mop/vacuum!! - Xbox, Chromecast - Huge fridge Kitchen highlights - Instant pot, ice cream maker, mandolin, bread machine, Japanese knives - All ceramics/cutting boards and kid-friendly cups/plates that you need! Extras in garage - Camping gear - Sports equipment (tennis, volleyballs, grass volleyball net) - 2 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, 1 balance bike, 1 bike trailer for little ones Pets - We STRONGLY prefer tenants with no pets, but will consider families with up to 1 pet and will charge an extra $50/month due to historical damage caused by pets in our house in the past. If we notice major damage to carpets, we're replacing the carpet and taking cost out of your deposit. - Tenant responsible for water, electric, and gas. Internet and trash/recycling services are included in rent. - Tenant responsible for lawn care (this is enforced by the HOA) - Tenant must abide by HOA rules; any penalties from the HOA such as leaving trash bins outside for days, having unleashed pets, etc will be charged to tenants, and repeat violations will likely cause eviction.
