OFF SEASON RENTAL (OCT-MAY) Dog friendly..fully furnished..4 level townhome with elevator that goes to every floor. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach (3 blocks) Fully stocked kitchen. Includes all utilities including fiber internet (with a cap of $100/month for electric and $100/month cap on water/sewer/trash..any overages are paid by renter) Utilities are included with monthly rental but the electric and sewer/water/trash will have a $100 cap on each and renter will be responsible for any overages. $325 cleaning fee due upon signing lease. Up to 2 dogs (under 70lbs) are allowed WITH Landlord permission - NO CATS ALLOWED. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee that will be charged to the first months rent. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. A security deposit of $1500 will be due upon signing lease. Lease is monthly and can start as early as October 1, 2026 and can go as long as May 31, 2027.
