This is a detached ADU (guesthouse) that is situated in the backyard of our main property. The ADU backs up against the golf course so there will be errant balls that come our way. There will be an additional pet fee ($50/mth) depending on the size of the pet. There is street parking and plenty of space in our driveway for at least 1 car. Ev charging is available for additional fee. No roommate situations, sorry! All utilities/internet/water/trash included in the rent.
