The apartment can come, if desired, with most of the furniture in the pictures: queen sized murphy bed (no mattress), L-shaped couch, coffee table with an adjustable height that can also fold out into a square shaped dining table, mounted 60" Samsung TV, mounted media unit/drawers, shoe rack, microwave. The roof has views of downtown San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, and Twin Peaks. It has lounging & entertaining furniture and can be reserved for private events. Apartment comes with a storage unit too on the ground floor. The same room has a bike storage area as well. Viewings can be arranged virtually & in-person (prior notice & masks are required). Looking to sign a minimum six month lease. 12 months is preferred. Street parking is available. The unit itself does not have a parking spot in the garage but I can help you rent one from another unit that is not using it's parking spot. If interested or have any questions, let me know.
