This beautiful 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for a single person, close friends or a couple. The house is on our 10-acre ranch with a privacy gate, large open park like area with many Live Oak trees. We do all the maintenance, and you enjoy the beauty. It's perfect for relaxing during your stay. Stay for a month or stay for all four, the choice is yours. This is a non-smoking home. There is a classic refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove top, but no oven in the galley kitchen. There is a charcoal BBQ outside. The owner pays for electricity and internet; the house has filtered well water. Parking is located behind the house, and there is a lighted gravel pathway to the house for your safety. A wagon is provided to get your groceries to the house. This is country living; you will hear roosters, peacocks, and wildlife. Must not be afraid of dogs, we live on the back 4 acres of the property and have friendly pups, most days you will not see them, but now and then they smell something cooking on that bbq and they may wander up front just to get a little treat and petting.
