Shared Rooms at the Wesley House Shared rooms are available for the complete school year 2022-2023 (Cuesta or Poly). Within 1/4 mile of Cal Poly, this house is offered as a housing ministry affiliated with the United Methodist Church for a total of 16 students (8 male and 8 female) who are interested in living in a Christian community. The house has 8 bedrooms and 4-1/2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer set. Residents share weekly house chores and participate in four common meals per week in which each house member is responsible for cooking on a team once a week to make dinner for everyone in the house. All applicants must be between 18 and 25 and enrolled in Cuesta or Cal Poly. Utilities and 300+ MB high-speed WiFi are included. Rent is $450 per month, and the required monthly contribution for meals is generally about $60-65 per month.
