-Single room availability- My house is located in the Timberlake neighborhood on the east side of Tallahassee off Apalachee parkway. It's at the top of a hill, and It is large and spacious. Tom brown park and lake piney z are less than five minutes away, and there's a small community park at the entrance to the neighborhood. I'm still in the process of furnishing the house. I keep my daily car in the garage next to a project car which leaves driveway space big enough for two cars. The living room and kitchen are very open, and while it's still not very furnished, I have a couch, chair and tv for entertaining. As time goes on, I will be furnishing and redesigning the living space. Input and requests are welcomed as I create more of a home atmosphere. UPDATE: I've finished painting, and renovating a few this. The pics have been updated, but I'm still not entirely done. Myself and tenant: I currently work for TMH and spend most of my time working from home. I'm quiet during the times when I am renting out my room, and I am VERY big on cleanliness. I spend 90% of my time away from the house on the weekends, I'm pretty social, but I also know when to keep to myself depending on the type of person who is living with me. I go to the beach almost every weekend and have several kayaks and paddle boards. All are welcomed to join me on trips and borrow the boards whenever they like while they're here. I am a very athletic person and am usually up and running around 4:30am. I am in between being a outgoing and stay at home kind of person. I take up very little space even in my own house, however, the garage is pretty well spoken for, as I do a lot of projects in there. Honestly I am really bad at talking about myself, and this will be the first time taking in someone that's not a friend of friends, so we'll just need to discuss and see if we'll be a good fit. I have another tenant currently living with me that is very quiet and minds her own business. She's my friends little sister and for that reason, I will be looking for a female roommate as she is uncomfortable living with another male she doesn't know. Lease Term and Rent Payment: Renter only responsible for $800 flat fee per month Security Deposit and Pet Deposit: No deposits needed Utilities and Maintenance Responsibilities: I only ask renters to maintain a respectable level of cleanliness Rules and Regulations: No drugs smoking on the property Termination and Renewal Clauses: I reserve the right to evict for any reason with 45 day notice.
