This is an affordable lot for an investment. Just a block to the North are 4 brand new homes. A fair dirt road goes to Armstrong then into a small grass road to Honeysuckle. Very narrow and would need a truck at this time. Honeysuckle not cut in yet. But as time goes on more homes are going up in the area, and it is getting more developed. Nice wooded area. Electric poles are on Wisteria and would need to check with Glades Electric to run electric to the lot. Need a Well and Septic to build. The lot probably will require fill since it is considered to be in a flood plain. County indicated these areas can built in as long as the house is elevated. The maps did not indicate any Wetlands. But most lots in the area, prior to building will require an environmental study to make sure.
