The lot is on a small Creek that is large enough to paddle or canoe down. The yearly taxes on the property as it is runs about $275. The average water bill is $40 a month and when they put in the sewer line I've been told it would run an additional $40 per month. This is a very secure location and family oriented area. The address that is showing up on this listing is incorrect and I'm unable to change it. The correct address for this lot is 1515 Palm Street NE Steinhatchee Florida. It's showing that it's in Perry Florida.
