New Soho apartments being built in Soulard. Signed a lease for an apartment but have changed some plans and now trying to find a sub leaser. $1300 everything is included including parking space and internet. Only utility is electric. Usual rent is $1700 a month but have received 3 months free making it $1300 a month for a 12 month lease. Apartment is not ready until May 1st. Facilities will have 5000sq ft gym including a basketball court, pool, dog area, luxury amenities etc I have already paid the $400 reservation fee so that will be taken care of. $50 application fee if you sub lease from me.
