This place is located on 1515 S Foothill Dr, Unit B, SLC, UT 84108. It's 6 minutes driving to the U, and there is a bus stop (#228) right in front of the house that can go to the U directly! The utilities (Gas, Water, Garbage, Electricity) are all included in the rent. You only have to pay for the internet! (The cable is ready, which you can install Comcast or Central Link) There are two walkin closets in this house. One is in the room, and one is by the living room. The living room one can be used as a storage room since it's really big. This house have pretty much everything you need in here! The landlord is super super nice! If there is anything wrong at the place, just give him a call, and he will help you as much as he can! Currently it's just 2 of us living in this basement, and we are trying to move out by October, and we wish someone is willing to take over our lease. The lease goes until April. We actually really love the loctation here and feel sad to move out since there is Walmart, Fresh Market, and McDonald near by (all about 10 minutes driving or less).
