The bedroom is fully furnished but will get rid of the furniture if not needed. The place is fully equipped with a wash and dryer, pots and pans in the kitchen, couch and 55" TV in the living room, hardwood floors. I keep the place nice. The area you will be staying in is 3br, 2ba in total. I, the landlord am a male, and will be in and out as needed. You will have your own bathroom for the most part. The bathroom that is yours is the hallway bathroom so visitors may need to use it once in a while but not much. Let me know if u have anymore questions or when u would like to come by and see the place. I plan to run a background check on all applicants. I would like a deposit but can be flexible with timing/amount. This place has tons of restaurants within walking distance. KSU campus is a mile away. Walmart and Sams Club are a mile away. 1 minute drive from the interstate. Very convenient location. Three blocks south from the corner of Roswell and Powers Ferry Rd. No smoking allowed inside. No drug activity allowed in the building.
