We are looking for somebody to sublease our amazing apartment. Unfortunately, my work has taken me out of town. Otherwise we would definitely be staying here. It is a 2 bed (1 bed and 1 study), 1 bath located minutes away from downtown. We are looking for somebody to take over the lease starting as soon as possible (the lease ends in May 2015). The rent is only $1080 and it is a very pet-friendly complex. There are 3 different pools for their property. As for the apartment itself, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. (although the 2nd bedroom is a smaller room/practically a study). It is located on the third (top) floor, but due to the orientation of the building and the hills, you only have to travel up one flight of stairs to get to the front door. As of today (1/15/15), there are NO units available with Washer/Dryer connections, but ours does! AKA if you go through the apartment complex to get an apartment, you will have to use the laundry mat on premises to wash your clothes. Not at this unit! The entire unit is formatted with carpet (except the restroom and the kitchen, of course). The Master bedroom walk-in closet has PLENTY of space for all of your clothes, shoes, and even storage boxes, etc. There is patio that extends over the "mini-greenbelt" behind our building. As for the lease, here's what you need to know: The rent is $1080. There is a $300 transfer fee to transfer the name of the occupants on the lease. The good news: we will cover ALL of it, so none is incurred by you. Even better news: when you actually end your lease there and want to move on to bigger and better things, the $100 security deposit originally paid by us will then go to you instead! As a result, you will end up with our $100 deposit when you leave the apartment in good condition.
