It is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a small, historic apartment building (no elevator) and a corner unit so you only have 1 neighbor. The move-in date can be negotiable but it will not be ready before April 10. There is an additional $30 monthly fee added for a second person residing in the apartment (since utilities are included). Cats are okay with a $250 non-refundable deposit plus $30/mo pet fee and must be litter boxed trained (no kittens). If interested, the apartment can come fully/partially furnished. All furniture is new (less than 1 year of use) and is for sale. All utilities included in rent except for internet.
