If we were not leaving Alaska, we would not be leaving this home. It is in a great neighborhood and at the end of a three home culdesac where the kids can play freely without through traffic. The 2006 tri-level home was built on a double lot and has a large front and back yard. It is conveniently located close to town but offers great access to the woods from right out the door. We are going to miss the Kenai river and the incredible salmon. There are also plenty of parks within walking/biking distance. There is plenty of parking on the property on crushed rock. We have recently installed a Blaze King wood stove for a secondary heating source to go along with the faithful Weil-McLain high efficiency boiler and boiler-mate. We are planning to leave the first of August. A solid offer will give the possibilities of keeping most of the furniture, gun safe, extra refrigerator and freezer etc. We also purchased the adjoining .86 acres for a future shop. It has a gravel driveway with tons of gravel parking and a conex for storage. The purchaser of the home would get first option on this. 2142 square feet plus 750 garage.
