First, our home is not for sale. Our home is a two story frame house. The lower level is partially with half of the front underground. Everything else is wood frame. We finished most of our lower level ourselves. The bottom level has a 700 sq. ft. finished Den that I, Bob, use as a very nice office. We have a full bath and washroom on the first level as well as a Bedroom. In addition, in the area at the underground part, we have a 300 sq.ft. storage space with a freezer, large 3/4 inch shelves across the front wall, and the furnace as well is in this room. In addition, we have a wrap around outside Deck. The part beside the house is a covered 12X24 Deck. This Deck connects with a 4 foot (I think.) walk way that goes into an open air Deck with an Arbor. The Deck is nice, really nice. Also, we have a Lowes 24X16 Outbuilding painted the same color as our house.
