About the townhouse: It's a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse in North pacific Beach, 7 blocks from the ocean and close to everything. (cross streets: Missouri and Haines). The townhouse is a two story end unit with a patio off the back. The kitchen is clean with tile counter tops, lots of storage, a garbage disposal, and dishwasher. There is a large living room with a fireplace and lots of windows. There are two master bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom and large walk-in closets. The third bedroom is downstairs with a half bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and lots of street parking and two off street spaces behind the unit. The townhouse has wood flooring throughout and beautiful new paint. Not all the pictures show the hardwood as it is still being installed/finished. The rent is $2,950 a month plus utilities (utilities are approximately $75 a month).
