Bedrooms opposite side of living/dining Neighborhood Description We live in an oval road with about 23 houses. We have a community tennis courts and several lots for community use which is upkept by the homeowners association. The home association is active and positive to keep owners compliant maintaining community standards and resale values. Our house is the newest in the neighborhood, the oldest being 8 years older (1988-1996)
