Deposit is forfeited when cancelation occurs between 30 & 60 days of arrival. At 30 Days full payment is due and won't be refunded if there is a cancelation after that point. If cancelation occurs under 30 days due to natural disaster, i.e. hurricane. A 100% credit towards a future use in the following 12 months will be provided.
