If interested in taking over the lease, there will be a $60 application fee. The Park at Arlington Ridge has a 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center, and 24-hour concierge. There is also a pool and club room with a full kitchen. It is minutes from the Pentagon and has a shuttle to and from the Pentagon City Metro.
