New 3" baseboard was installed around living room, dining room, upper level landing and kitchen. Wood ceiling corner molding was installed along with all new window trim and door trim. New refrigerator water supply box was installed in wall to provide water for refrigerator and ice-maker. Rear deck surface planks and support joists were all replaced, with new stair/steps replacing the weathered for steps. front composite deck has had a bench installed to accommodate additional seating for afternoon front porch visits.
