This property is located approximately 55 Miles South of Alpine in a development called Terlingua Ranch. It is surrounded by elegant mountains and desert landscapes. There is electricity on the property, which is very attractive. Terlingua Ranch is a large development that was done in the late 60' and early 70's with no restrictions. You can build what you want, when you want, if you want. There is a maintenance fee of $229 for 2025 that takes care of the roads and equipment. It changes every year for the cost of living by just a small amount. Terlingua Ranch offers cabins, RV & Tent Camping, a Cafe, a swimming pool, a bathhouse & even an airstrip for the fly-in guest. It is located 16 miles to the east of Highway 118 South on a paved county road except for the last 3 miles. There is no fuel at the ranch. Brewster County is a "Dark Sky Community with restrictions on lighting. This area is great for photographers, astronomers, professionals, and amateurs. You will often see deer and other desert creatures, even bears that come in from the park I would imagine. All properties we offer go through the title company.
