    Our tenant is in a process of moving out by month end. The property should be available for viewing on 1/5/2022. It locates in the quiet and nice neighborhood, close to schools and Home Depot, and easy access to freeway. The property has 3 car garage with over 1,700 sqft living space. We're looking for a long term and honest tenant. Qualify tenant MUST have a good rental history (no past eviction/judgment and no late on rent), at least 2 sources of income, and good Credit. If you are interested and meet the requirements, please fill out the Zillow rental application for background screening and credit checks in order for us to setup an appointment for viewing the property on 1/5/2022.
