    The Kimberly Apartments is a beautiful 9-unit property located on East Howell and 16th Avenue in Capitol Hill. We are across the street from Seven Hills Park and walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and bars. This 2nd floor unit has hardwood floors, lots of oversized windows, huge living room and separate bedroom. This unit in particular has a large bedroom with an alcove - maybe a good spot for a bedroom/office combo! Property is walking distance to 3 grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe's, Central Co-op), 15 min walk to Seattle Central or to Seattle University. Approx 10-15 min walk to Link Light Rail station, or walk a few blocks to catch a bus down to light rail. We are pet friendly community. 2 pet maximum, no breed/weight restrictions. Pet rent is $25/month for 1 or for 2 pets. Additional pet deposit of $400 - refundable on move-out. This unit is SE-facing. An established large pine tree is in the corner of the building, which provides privacy and shade. On-site manager is a long-time tenant of the property. Most utilities (central heat, stormwater, water, garbage, sewer) are based on usage and billed through third party. Electricity = tenant starts acct with Seattle City Light Internet = tenant sets up with provider (Comcast/Xfinity is cable in our area; DSL, etc also available). Leases are 12 month only. $500 of the refundable security deposit is required for application as a hold fee. Non-refundable as a hold fee (if you hold and change your mind, it is not refunded). $40 screening fee per applicant (max $80 for two applicants) is non-refundable.
