This lovely 2 bed 1 bath apartment is just 10 mins down the road from hikes in Big Cottonwood Canyon, less than 5 mins from shops, a park across the street, and 20 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. The apartment comes with all full-size appliances including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It has 1 full bath, and then an extra sink in the bedroom with the walk-in closet (very nice to have when hosting guests). We've loved our stay on the second floor of Santa Fe Apartments with its cleanliness, amenities, but mostly it's convenience to everything we need right off of Fort Union Boulevard. Santa Fe provides two swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a fire pit, dog wash, dog park, gym, and playground. Extremely pet-friendly and the grounds have always been well kept and clean. We used the big park right across the street probably every day for the dog or just for jogs. With the canyon right there it's extremely convenient if you like to ski and hike year-round! Move-in date is flexible. This would be a lease take over, our lease is up June 29th, then you would have the option to continue on the lease or leave. Rent is $1,264 with no deposit needed. There is a $40 application fee, and $200 administration fee that we are willing to cover for you.
