The foundation is sinking. Half the house is tilted. Floors are bad. Roof was bad (and still is although we replaced some of it). Major squirrel problems even though we hired professionals twice. Low basement (have to duck to walk around in it otherwise you will hit your head). Whole central air system needs to be ripped out and redone as it's rotting the basement and walls. Neighborhood Description Been broken into three times in four years. Loud neighbors and loud neighborhood kids. Can't leave anything outside without it being stolen. Drug deals everywhere you look. Not a safe neighborhood for little toddlers/kids.
