Fully renovated clean modern ranch house on canal with relaxing views from lanai. Private bed and bath are fully furnished. You will only need clothes and toiletries and your favorite devices. Electric, water and wifi are included in rent. Room is on the south side of house with lots of natural light. There is a small closet - about the size you find in a hotel room. Bath is small but has tub with shower head and nicely renovated. Shared spaces include a nice large working kitchen in an open floor plan. Utility room has washer and dryer. You also have parking in the driveway as owners car stays in the garage. Owner is a gay professional that works from home. It works best if you work outside the home in my experience. Welcoming all races, religions, and genders as long as you are well-mannered and kind with basic common sense. Character matters most. A good sense of humor is also much appreciated. This is a month-to-month lease. This is so that if YOU are not feeling it you can move out as long as i get a couple weeks notice. No obligation to stay. Also if I am not feeling it, I will give you at least 2 weeks notice so that you have time to find something else. I am not into restricting others or being restricted by others, if you know what I mean. We should both be happy and comfortable. Cleanliness inside your private bath and bedroom is up to you. However outside those areas you need to maintain the same standards that I live by which is pretty neat and tidy. I never leave the kitchen until it looks the way it did when I entered and so should you.
