About the Home & Animals I do have a small furry family: 2 kittens 1 puppy 1 older dog (does not get along with other male dogs) 1 older cat (slow to warm up) A fenced backyard with chickens, fire pit, and smoker for hangouts All my animals are sweet and affectionate they will invade your space if you let them! Other pets are welcome, but: They must be okay with chickens A meet & greet with my animals is required No male dogs due to compatibility issues Details Month-to-month lease Quiet neighborhood, close to stores and the country 420-friendly Drinking is fine Not opposed to kids but we'll need to talk first Basic house boundaries to be discussed together Ideal Roommate Someone relaxed, respectful, and animal-friendly Preferably taking both rooms for a better deal, but open to one-room arrangements This is a month to month lease. utilities included in rent price
