It is 1100 sq foot on the main house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an office area. Then in the backyard there is a second building that has a small garage, a bathroom, and stairs to a 400 sq foot open loft area. The backyard also has a partially above ground pool, great for kiddos!
