This area is very well kept with very good neighbors and is very peaceful and quiet. And banks, restaurants, gas, fitness, coffee shop, grocery, lakefront, free concerts, & Saturday Trailhead outdoor market are very near by. A hands on landlord is always available for lock outs. Response time for repairs is very fast, if not same day. Tenants are given 24-48 hours notice of necessary entry by repairmen ( who wear blue booties) unless, there is an emergency. All AC fiters are changed as necessary. All light bulbs requiring a ladder are replaced for you. Owner pays water/trash. Tenant pays electric & rent.
