This is a cheap apartment within a 10 minute's walking distance to all the important locations on campus. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease begins on 8/15/2025 and ends on 7/15/2026. You should be able to renew. Utilities are not included. You will have to compensate me for the security deposit, but if you sign by 7/31 I will pay the first month's rent. I have also paid for a year's coverage of renter's insurance.
