With my ownership closing June 2017, I've installed new carpet, new HVAC and thermostat, new double glass storm door with built in blinds, removed bushes out front and build a stone paver patio of 3' x 9', new refrigerator, washer n dryer, created a beautiful closet tower organizer in master with extra shelving in 2nd bedroom closet, large 6' ceiling fans in living room and master BR, upgraded standard bar top at opening from kitchen with much nicer one, installed track lighting at entryway and extra space in living room, created a sunflower makeover in the guest bath, created a beautiful metal hanging plant décor for living room window, upgraded the basement with quality plastic pegboard and cabinets for tools, and am continuing to build equity into this condo. I live alone with no pets or addictions.
