The house needs a little work. The garage pipes had two leaks so we had a plumber come up twice and take care of it and it has been repaired. We bought pipe insulation and wrapped the pipes and and new insulation for it and put it up but sheet rock needs to be bought and put up. The dishwasher was leaking so we had a plumber come up and take care of it and pulled the dishwasher out. In the recreation room there are doors that swing open where the washer and dryer go. We had to pull down all of the drop ceiling and insulation all new insulation in rec room needs new drop ceiling lights are still there. All three bedrooms have had two coats of Kiltz and two coats of white ceiling paint and wall paint two toned blue in small bedroom multi colored blue carpet, two toned green in medium room with multi colored green carpet and two coats of grey in master bedroom needs new carpet. The one and a half baths both have two coats of Kiltz and two coats of white ceiling paint and white wall paint. In time should have linoleum put on those floors the ones in there are okay not really anything wrong with them just the color. Hallway has wood paneling ceiling has two coats of Kiltz and white ceiling paint. Dinning room carpet removed and new linoleum put in two coats of Kiltz on ceiling and walls two coats of white ceiling paint and two coats of a sage grey on walls. Living room one coat of kiltz and one coat of grey paint will need second coats the carpet that is in there is a multi colored grey blue and pink. Outside in the back yard there is a shed to the right in middle a place for a garden that the grass has grown back but only needs to be rototiller and two apple trees on left. A little further back in middle is a sumac tree (used for spice and herbal medicine) and wild grapes on right. Back porch and garage doors we painted with brown stain. We put a new roof up on the house in October 2021. We started the brick wall the bricks and cement are all bought and in garage to finish it. We are hoping to have finished before winter sets in the walkway done. Most of the 2.97 acres of land is wooded. Selling to a family who wants to move in and live there. Next year or following year driveway should be resealed we are spot sealing it for now.
