Spacious private room and closet in 3 bed/1 bath house. The room is carpeted with windows on two sides letting in a lot of natural lighting. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, mud room, and yard with one other person (landlord). Much of the house was renovated 4 years ago and all appliances are 4 years old. Large yard with a fire pit and space for a garden. - Duration- ideally a year or more, but I am happy to work with the renter if I am given enough notice. - No smoking indoors. - Tell me ahead of time about guests coming to stay (there is a guest bedroom). If longer than 2 weeks, we will coordinate about partial rent/utility fees for the guest. - Pet- fix damages your pet causes.
