The laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit and is only available during daytime hours. The parking area is also shared, with one space reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage. Vilano Beach is a quiet coastal community known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier stretching into the Tolomato River. The area is surrounded by casual beach grills, pizza places, and a marina. The Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, near the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge, features mosaic art of local wildlife. The apartment is only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
