Access to a community pool, dog park, shared community space, trail, and playgrounds. First floor has a robot vacuum that keeps the floor vacuumed and mopped every day. In unit laundry with provided detergent. Upgraded commercial style gigabit WiFi (I work in tech). Located between 70, 40, and future 540 it has super ease of access to anywhere in the county. Parking is on the street, but very easy to walk to. Very safe community that hasn't had a break-in. About the Room: This room for rent is room number 3 in the photos. Shares a bathroom with bedroom #2. Can come with a free king mattress and sheets, but can be unfurnished if desired. Has a closet for clothes and stuff. Two windows with a view of the green. Pets are allowed, but there will be additional pet rent ($300 non-refundable deposit and $50/month cat rent or $100/month dog rent) and they must stay on the first floor. 1x monthly rent security deposit is required upon signing the lease. About the Roommates: Myself: 30 y/o male who works in tech and works from home. I have a cat that lives on the first floor. I'm handy with mechanic stuff so I can fix your car for cheaper than most shops, I've fixed the other roommates car a few times. Other roommate: 24 y/o male nurse who works night shifts sometimes. Keeps to himself and keeps his things clean. About you: Must make 3x rent and pay for a background check/application. Must be clean and respectful and sign a roommate agreement.
