RENTAL LOCATION This lovely studio vacation apartment is located in the heart of Venice Beach near the popular Abbot Kenney Blvd. You can easily access the best parts of Venice Boardwalk or Ocean waters within minutes from your front door. If you are not familiar with the Abbot Kinney neighborhood- you are in for a treat. Vacation apartments located in this area have easy access to art galleries, unique boutique clothing stores, independent food and beverage venues, and many specialty shops. Best of all- the communities relaxing attitude is excellent for those seeking a true vacation destination. RENTAL DESCRIPTION Each apartment studio is equipped with a full to queen sized bed and fold our sleeper sofa. You can rest assure we do use only quality mattresses and comfortable sheets at all locations. There is plenty of closet space in this apartment and the unit is equipped with an iron and ironing board. Each unit does have an oven, microwave, and refrigerator as well. Each unit does have a television with basic cable and free wi-fi service. There is plenty of space for additional guest; however, we do recommend 2 to 3 guest per apartment. Basic kitchen utensils are provided as well as dining ware. Because we currently offer more than one apartment at this location with identical appeal it is suggested to book two rooms vs one room for 2 or more guest.
