Fully furnished shared 4 bedroom house in the West Little River neighborhood of Miami. Total of 6 roommates will share the house with two private bedrooms and 2 shared bedrooms. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer on the property. There are basic house rules to help facilitate a peaceful living environment. House rules include: no smoking, drugs or alcohol on the premises; no guests; shared responsibility for household chores; quiet hours; and common areas are monitored for safety. Housemates are responsible for their own food, toiletries and laundry/cleaning supplies. $100 non-refundable move in fee includes background check. $700.00 Month to month room fee for space in a SHARED room. Payment for monthly room fee is due no later than the 4th of each month. $15 late fee after the 4th of the month. Must be able to live peacefully and cooperatively with others. If you do not believe that you have the temperament to share a living space with others, or have a difficult time following reasonable house rules, this may not be the right living environment for you. Driveway and street parking is available. No pets, smoking, drugs, weapons or alcohol allowed. Must have a stable job with a minimum 6 month history of employment and earn at least 2.5 times the rent in monthly income ($700 x 2.5 =$1,750.00 minimum income per month).
