this is an older mobile home and does need some work which is why I am only asking for $6,500. I had a brand new furnace installed the end of last winter, the living room floor has been ripped up and replaced but could use some more bracing under the sub-floor. It needs some new windows and a couple outlets relocated. I had new lower cabinets built in without the doors and needs a new tub in the back bathroom.
