I'm renting out space in a 1-bedroom apartment in the Oak Creek complex starting at the beginning of January. The apartment is large (820 square feet) and has a floor plan that allows for partitioning of the living room into a private living space (see photos). The rental space is fully furnished with queen-sized bed, bookshelves, and wardrobes. In addition to the two living spaces, the apartment has a nice balcony (off of rental space), shared bathroom and vanity, dining room, and kitchen with appliances. The Oak Creek Apartments more generally come with a large gym, four smaller pool, a large lap pool, hot tub, three private tennis courts, and plenty more amenities. The apartment is also in a great location within the complex: it's in the south end of the 1520 Sand Hill Road building, which is by the clubhouse and by Stock Farm Road to Stanford's campus. It's about a 5 minute bike-ride to Stanford's campus and a 10 minute bike ride to downtown Palo Alto. A little about myself: I am a fourth year medical student at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) visiting Stanford as a cardiology researcher for the year. I'm passionate about engineering, medicine, and access to healthcare, and super enjoy getting out in the outdoors. Running, skiing, hiking, and canoeing are some of my favorite things to do. I love to cook, am quiet and clean, and don't smoke. I hope to hear from you! Rent doesn't include utilities/internet, which we'd split (an additional $100 or so). No smoking in apartment. Pets are unfortunately not allowed per the management. Parking is available.
