All utilities are included to make life as easy as possible. (Internet, Power, parking, water, pool, gym, & Cable). This unit is fully furnished, renovated, and features a high rise view of downtown. Laundry is a short elevator ride to basement. Your assigned parking spot is in the covered garage just behind building. Pool and landscaping just underwent a beautiful renovation with new pool, grill area, and more. 11th floor view of downtown Cola and right across from the USC Law School. We include towels, sheets, and kitchen linens for you. You'll also find starter sets of necessities like soap, detergent, and cleaning supplies. Our full kitchen is stocked with silverware, plates, cooking supplies. Other helpful tools include a swiffer, broom, vacuum, coffee maker, and fan. Blackout curtains and a sound machine make it a perfect hideaway for night shift workers. This unit has lots of closet space and built in storage. It's beautifully renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances. Accepting Move In Dates betweeen June 3rd and June 13th, 2026. Lease term is flexible. We offer medium term or long term rentals for this unit! The minimum lease term is 1 month, and the rate for 1 month is $1775/month. Our most commonly requested term is 3 months, and you get a discounted rate of $1645/month. Choose to stay 6 months or longer and the lease would be $1595/month. 1 year leases are available at $1545/month as well. We require an application and background check (600 credit score and 3x income required). There is a $500 refundable deposit and $125 cleaning fee due at lease signing. Prorated rent will be calculated based on move in date.
