The room and bath are on the opposite side of the living room from mine, so there's privacy, and it has it's own door out to the balcony. I have basic furnishings for the main area (couch, lounge chairs, pub table, entertainment center, bookcases) and kitchen, but can certainly work with whatever you may have. The total for the rent and utilities (power, water, trash/sewer, gas, cable/dvr, internet/wifi) totals at approximately $1200/month. Would need to do the application process and show proof of income to be able to sign on to a year lease.
