I am moving out of my apartment on 03/14 and I am looking for someone to take it over. It's a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The complex is called One 51 Place. Rent is $940.00 with no utilities included. Washer/dryer not included, but you can rent those for $40.00 extra per month. There's nothing at all wrong with it, I'm just wanting to find a cheaper place closer to where I work in Gainesville. You would have to pay a $50.00 application fee with the leasing office for a background check, and I believe that's all. Pet fees are extra. I already paid the security deposit of $150.00 so you don't have to pay that. If you'd like to come by and see it in person, text me and we'll schedule a time for showing. I can be available after 5:30PM during the weekdays or anytime during the weekends.
