We LOVE this apartment, location as well as the Sweet Water Community! We have 4 docks as well as a boat landing. You can pay for a spot to park the boat as well as a garage. 24 hr gym and beautiful pool over looking the water. 3 dog parks as well as plenty of space to walk your fur babies! Also 2 grilling areas with TV and places to lounge with friends! Open floor plan makes the one bedroom feel spacious and welcoming. As well as a screened in porch. And a walk in closet! Would have to do an application through the leasing office and an application is $50. Water and electric is separate along with valet trash and if you have a pet a pet fee.
